These terms apply to your use of www.sandgogo.com (the “Site”), operated by SandGoGo. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site provides information about SandGoGo, a beach sand removal formula, and sells it directly to consumers in the United States. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted checkout.

2. Orders, prices and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it. Until then we may decline or cancel any order and refund you in full — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price has been listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
• The price of each bottle is the one shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free within the United States. Any sales tax we must collect is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
• We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States only. SandGoGo contains alcohol and travels by ground transport only, so we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally. Orders to those destinations will be refunded in full.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. SandGoGo does not see or store your card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order.
• We may limit order quantities per customer.

3. Delivery, returns and refunds

• Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order we will contact you and offer a full refund, in line with the FTC Mail Order Rule.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us and we will replace or refund it.
• 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, opened or unopened.

4. Product information

We work to keep product information on the Site accurate and consistent with the current product label. Where this Site and the label on the bottle you receive ever differ, the label on the bottle governs. Always read and follow the directions and cautions printed on the package.

SandGoGo is a beach sand removal formula for external use on skin. It is not a drug, sunscreen or medical device, it makes no medical claim, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Intellectual property

The SandGoGo name, logo, product imagery, page copy and design on this Site are owned by SandGoGo and protected by copyright and trademark law. The product is identified as U.S. Patent Pending. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or misleading information, to send automated or bulk submissions, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with its normal operation.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), FormSubmit (form delivery for enquiries) and Google Fonts, and links to third-party sites such as Instagram. Your use of Stripe checkout is also governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SandGoGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of San Diego County, California will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies.
