Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This policy explains what information SandGoGo (“we”, “us”) collects through www.sandgogo.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, send us a message.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Orders. Your name, email address and delivery address, and what you ordered. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and never reach SandGoGo — we receive only a confirmation, the last four digits and the card brand.
- Enquiry forms. First name, last name, email address, and optionally phone number, company and any message you write.
- Direct enquiries. Whatever you include when you email or write to us.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identifiers or health information. No payment is processed on this website.
2. How we use it
- To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and contact you about it.
- To handle returns, refunds and warranty questions, and to keep the records tax and accounting rules require.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To understand overall demand and plan production quantities.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
3. How form submissions are delivered
Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe. When you buy, you are on Stripe’s own secure checkout: your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and Stripe’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. Stripe passes us your name, email, delivery address and order details so we can ship it.
Enquiry forms. The investor and partner form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service. The details you enter pass through FormSubmit’s systems and are emailed to SandGoGo. Our copy lives in our email inbox.
The demonstration videos. The videos on this site are hosted by YouTube (Google). We deliberately do not load any of them when a page opens — you see a still image or a plain card with a play button, and nothing is sent to those services until you press play. If you press play, that one player is loaded from the service that hosts it, and that company receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. If you never press play, the only third-party request is for the YouTube still image, from Google’s image host (i.ytimg.com), which does not set cookies. The other cards are drawn by us and request nothing at all.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads. One video still image is loaded from Google’s image host in the same way. Playing a video loads that video’s player, which can set the hosting company’s cookies — see section 3.
If and when we enable Google Analytics, it will set analytics cookies to measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We will update this policy and this section at that time. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection rules require. We keep enquiry messages for a reasonable period so we can answer follow-up questions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details, subject to records we must keep for completed orders;
- stop emailing you.
Send us a message and we will action it. Depending on where you live — for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU and UK under the GDPR — you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour valid requests under those laws.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Links to other sites
Our pages link to third-party sites such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
