How long do I wait before clapping it off?
The current label directs users to allow about 30 seconds for the applied layer to dry before removing it.
Can I add water to the bottle?
No. The label states: “Do not add water to inside of bottle.” It also instructs users to clean the neck and inside of the cap, then close the cap firmly after use.
Is SandGoGo a sunscreen or a lotion?
No. SandGoGo is a beach sand removal formula. It does not provide sun protection and it is not presented as a body lotion or moisturiser.
What happens if irritation occurs?
The label instructs users to discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Is SandGoGo patented?
The current label identifies the product as U.S. Patent Pending. The pending application includes claims directed to the composition, the method of making it and the method of using it — how SandGoGo is prepared is as much a part of the invention as what goes into it. Patent pending is not a granted patent, and no claim is guaranteed to issue.
How big is the bottle?
The current package is labelled Net Wt. 50 g / 1.76 oz — a compact size intended to travel in a beach bag.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from California by ground service. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order we will contact you and offer a full refund.
Where do you ship?
The contiguous United States. SandGoGo contains alcohol, so it travels by ground transport only and cannot go by air — which means we are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally at present.
What is your returns policy?
A 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If SandGoGo is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — opened or unopened.
Do you sell to retailers or resorts?

Does it leave anything sticky on my skin?
No. Getting that right took the most work in development — early versions lifted the sand but left a tacky film, which just moves the problem from your feet to your hands. The finished formula dries and comes away clean, with no sticky residue and nothing to rinse off afterwards.
Does it blow around like a powder?
No. SandGoGo goes on as a liquid and dries into a layer on the skin, so when you clap it off it flakes away downward and takes the sand with it, rather than drifting into the air the way a loose powder can.
How long was SandGoGo tested before launch?
More than a year of iterative development. Each version was mixed, taken down to the shore and tested on real sandy feet in Pacific Ocean water and sand until it applied easily, dried quickly and came away cleanly.
