Applied wet, removed dry
Skin coming off the sand is damp, which is exactly when sand clings hardest. SandGoGo goes on as a liquid, dries in about thirty seconds, and is clapped or brushed away.
Investors & partners
SandGoGo is a patent-pending liquid beach sand removal formula. Apply it to sandy skin, spread, wait about thirty seconds, then clap the sand away — no water required. It is built for the same shopper who already buys sunscreen, after-sun and the rest of the beach-care basket.
Every ingredient is printed on the bottle, deliberately. The defensible part is what a label cannot show: the proportions, the preparation of each material, the sequence and conditions of blending, and the handling and storage that keep the product consistent from batch to batch. More than a year of iterative development produced that, and it is not something a competitor can reproduce simply by reading the back of the bottle.
Protection here is layered rather than resting on any one thing: pending U.S. claims directed to the composition, the method of making it and the method of using it; the formulation and manufacturing know-how behind them; the quality-control procedures that keep every bottle the same; the brand; and first position in a category that is still small.
If granted, qualifying process claims may also provide U.S. protection against certain products manufactured abroad using the patented process and then imported into the United States — relevant to any licensing or offshore-manufacturing conversation.
The application, our position relative to existing patents in the category, and the technical detail behind the formulation are available to serious parties under NDA. Patent pending is not a granted patent and no claim is guaranteed to issue.
The problem
Wet sand sticks to feet, legs, children, shoes and gear. The usual answers are a queue at the outdoor shower, a wasted bottle of drinking water, or a towel that grinds the sand in and carries it home. SandGoGo is designed to make the last thirty seconds at the beach easier.
Skin coming off the sand is damp, which is exactly when sand clings hardest. SandGoGo goes on as a liquid, dries in about thirty seconds, and is clapped or brushed away.
A liquid is applied directly to the area that needs it, which matters in the open air on a windy beach.
No rinse station, no queue, no drinking water spent on your feet, and nothing soaked to carry back to the car.
Because the formula dries into a layer rather than staying a loose powder, it comes away downward with the sand instead of drifting into the air — which matters on a crowded, breezy beach.
The hardest formulation problem, and where most of the development went: lifting the sand without leaving a tacky film on the skin. A residue simply moves the problem, and it is the failure mode this category has to solve.
More than a year of iterative reformulation, tested on real sandy feet in Pacific Ocean water and sand rather than on a bench.
Market context
SandGoGo is not a sun care product and does not compete with sunscreen. But it reaches the same buyer, in the same aisle, on the same trip — so the size and direction of that category is the useful frame of reference. Alongside it, for discussion, is an illustrative scenario. The two are shown as separate charts on separate axes, because one is measured in billions and the other in millions.

Scenario: an illustrative opportunity scenario built on unit-level wholesale and distribution assumptions, which are set out in full in the materials sent on request. It is not a forecast, a projection of actual results, a guarantee or a promise, and actual results will differ and may differ materially. For scale, the 2029 figure is about 0.05% of the adjacent market that year; no share of any market is claimed, implied or promised.
Read these charts the right way. The left chart is published market data for an adjacent category. The right chart is an illustrative scenario only — an example of how an opportunity of this shape could develop. It is not a forecast, a projection of actual results, a guarantee or a promise, and actual results will differ. For scale, the 2029 scenario figure is about one twentieth of one percent of the adjacent market that year; no share of any market is claimed, implied or promised.
Competitive position
Products for getting sand off skin are already sold in the U.S. and the U.K., which means the problem is proven and the buyer is educated. Traditional sand-removal products are predominantly powder-based. SandGoGo takes a different approach.
| Traditional category products | SandGoGo | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | Predominantly loose powders | Liquid applied to the skin |
| Routine | Dust on, rub or brush off | Apply, spread, dry ~30 seconds, clap off |
| Open air | Loose powder can drift in the breeze | Applied wet, so it stays where it is put |
| Water needed | None | None |
| U.S. patent status | Varies by product; at least one granted U.S. patent exists in the category | U.S. patent application on file — patent pending |
On the patent. SandGoGo is patent pending: a U.S. utility application has been filed and is under examination, with claims directed to the liquid composition, the method of preparing it and the method of using it. Patent pending is not a granted patent, it confers no enforceable rights yet, and there is no guarantee any claim will issue. We do not claim to be the only patent-pending or patented product in this category. Detailed IP information, including our position relative to existing patents in the category, is available to serious parties under NDA.
The opportunity
Our preferred path is strategic investment to fund the first production run, the launch and early distribution, with the brand built and held by SandGoGo.
