Shipping

• Free shipping on every order within the contiguous United States. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any sales tax shown at checkout.
• Ground transport only. SandGoGo contains alcohol, which cannot travel by air under postal regulations. Every order goes by ground service, and no expedited or air option is available.
• We cannot currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or internationally, because those destinations are served by air. If you place such an order we will contact you and refund it in full.
• Orders are dispatched from California. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and tracking details when it ships.
• If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we will contact you, and you may either agree to the new date or cancel for a full refund. You never have to chase us for this.

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If SandGoGo is not for you, send us a message within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price. Opened or unopened — you do not have to leave the seal intact to change your mind.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
• You do not pay return shipping. In most cases we will not ask you to send the bottle back at all.
• Original shipping was free, so there is nothing withheld from your refund.

Damaged, faulty or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us with your order number and, if you can, a photograph. We will replace it or refund it. This is separate from the 30-day guarantee and is not limited to 30 days.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will refund the order, and you are welcome to place a new one.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are never seen or stored by SandGoGo. Your card statement will show a charge from SandGoGo.

Sales tax

Any sales tax we are required to collect is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
